·领导团队拥有顽强的意志和可靠承诺。Provides outstanding leadership to the team generating high levels of motivation and commitment.
·确保所有员工在客服,营销,防损,产品知识,和其他操作领域得到必要的培训。Ensures adequate training for all employees in customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, product knowledge, and other operational areas as necessary to perform the job
·实时性能管理。创建高效反馈,指导和发展趋势。Live performance management. Create a climate of high quality feedback, coaching and development.
·为楼层经理提供销售队伍成员的反馈Provides Floor Manager with feedback on sales team members
·为新员工提供工作培训。Provides on the job training to new employees
·在店铺积极表现能力Positive competency movement in the store

管理和操作Managing and Operating :
运行一个有效多产的团队来支持业务需要。把风险管理作为焦点。Demonstrates an effective and productive store supporting the business and demonstrates that Risk Management is a focus.
·监管并强制遵守所有政策和程序中规定的企业政策(如着装,退货政策,安全,LP等等)。Monitors and enforces adherence to all corporate policies (eg. Dress code, return policy, safety, LP etc.) as directed by the policies and procedures
·监控并实行季度Ops审计。 Monitors and implements quarterly Ops audit
·每日在地区巡视,以确保维持品牌零售水准。Conducts daily floor walks for Division to ensure brand retail standards are maintained
·编撰每日/每周聚焦品牌/客服水准的地区行动计划Compiles daily / weekly divisional action plans that are focused on brand / customer service standards
·提供组织水准以配合指导方针。Organisational Standards delivered to corporate guidelines.
·补充审计达到或超出合作公差目标。Replenishment Audits achieve or better corporate tolerance targets.
·品牌零售符合公司期望。Brand retail standards in line with company expectations
经验EXPERIENCE
Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
·丰富的交流能力Proven communication skills
·必须有独立工作的能力和及时作出有效决策的紧迫感。Must have high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and to make effective decisions in a timely manner.
·有效分配时间,处理多重需求和抉择优先事项Allocates time effectively, handles multiple demands and competing priorities
所需经验Experience required:
·丰富的人员发展追踪记录,人力资源规划,时间管理和优秀的领导能力素质。Proven track record in people development, manpower planning time management and strong leadership qualities
Schedule Requirement:
·能够根据工作要求适应弹性工作时间,工作时间可能包括周末和夜班。也可能需要通宵工作。Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, will require weekends and evening shifts. Overnights may be required
