Retail Supervisor

Our client is a world famous footwear company. It focuses on the footwear designing and developing. It has several boutiques in shopping malls in China.

Responsibility:

· Financial aspect:

Continuous improvement of top line and bottom line.

持续改进不同产品线的销售

Optimization of rental/sales ratio.

优化租金/销售比例

Productivity improvement: Net sales/sqm

改善生产力：经销售额，供应商品质管理

Tight monitoring of promotional activities.

严密监控促销活动

· Retail Excellence:

APT, UPT, Conversion rate, net sales turnover per sqm.

APT, UPT, 转化率，每平方米净销售

Improve store experience.

优化店面体验

Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and other retail KPIs

达成月目标销售额以及其他零售关键业绩指标

· Customer Service

Collect feedbacks from customers and share them with Regional Retail Manager

收集用户反馈信息及时汇报给区域零售经理

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously to the satisfaction of the customer

亲切有效地处理顾客投诉，提升顾客满意度

· People and process management:

Provide on job training and coaching to new hires to ensure that sales staffs are able to consistently deliver service standards

为新进员工提供业务培训以确保销售人员可保证一贯服务质量

In charge of performance review and identifying individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement

负责员工业绩评估并筛选可晋升或需提高业务能力的员工

Requirements:

· At least 5 years relevant working experience

· Strong knowledge of retail business

至少五年相关工作经验

· Solid problem solving skills

对于零售业有丰富知识储备

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

良好的沟通能力与人际交往能力

· Capable of resolving conflict

具有解决冲突的能力
