Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Summary:
Audit all Quality Control functions of our 3rd party manufacturers in China, ensuring all components and finished goods are manufactured to agreed standards and every order is checked by the team for quality as per the approved product sample or drawings. Products must meet minimum acceptable standards and all deficiencies addressed to constantly improve quality to the highest standards. Confirm production quantity meets delivery schedule. Audit for possible unauthorized subcontracting.
DUTIES
? Complete quality control inspection report. This report is subject to change as the needs of the business change.
? Verbally communicate to factory any quality issues that do not meet the approved product sample or drawings. Follow up with written communication to factory and Dallas Team.
? Maintain sample library integrity.
? Audit work in process materials.
? Feedback to US office all ideas/suggestions to refine designs and improve quality.
? Other duties as needed that company deems employee qualified to perform.
? Run errands for Shanghai/Dallas office, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
? Fluent English both written and verbal.
? Email and basic computer skills.
? Experience in quality control, a plus.
