Responsibilities：

SBM sales

1. Develop SBM market and drive daily/monthly/yearly sales results. Lead group account sales team to grow business with customers in both short and long run

2. Develop and execute best-in-class account plans. Design and deliver differentiated products and services to customers

Feed mill account management

3. Manage small&medium feed mill accounts by setting up the matrix to link customer segmentation with crush capacity utilization rates planning, and setting up individual's performance goals based on segmentation and monthly review

Market inputs and sales tactics

4. Develop effective key account sales & marketing strategy based on market analysis

5. Work with trading/GTA on SBM pricing, sales & marketing tactics, on a daily basis

Other work in assisting commercial manager: growth projects, people development, etc.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum 3 years commercial and/or business management experience

3. Sales Academy training

4. Sales/Marketing/key account management experience in China

5. Good communication and decision making skills

6. PC skills – Word, PPT, and Excel

7. Language – fluent mandarin and able to read and write in English

8. Travel: more than half of every month
