Responsibilities:

1. Marketing, developing and sales of oil products coming out from NT factory to food and Industrial accounts. in assigned area, maximize contribution on oil products PnL target, optimize sales volume, execution volume and contribution margin for the oil products coming out from Nantong factory through a flexible and focused sales efforts and related services and support, and also take lead on coordination for contract execution and payment being collected in time.

2. Work on marketing plans in assigned area, collect the information of market, product application, trends and competition, contribute to oil products’ SnD. Regular communication of above information internally and externally.

3. Effective communication with cross-functional colleagues from planner in NT plant, FIO commercial team, Logistic team, QA, Finance and operation for execution of sales plan.

4. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree education

2. Above 2 years working experiences have interests & talent in Sales is perfect

3. Good customer insight with high degree of persistence and very good patience in listening to internal and external opinions/feedbacks.

4. Good management concept and well-organized logical thinking.

5. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin

6. Good knowledge of written English

7. Understanding of Cargill culture, good management concept and well-organized logical thinking.

8. Deep understanding and capability on customer/distributor management and new business exploitation.

9. Continuous improvements of self and team.
