Profile / Skill Sets / Responsibilities:

? Competent to prepare and deliver technical sessions, quantity and quality guaranteed
? Knowledge of training philosophy and process in execution
? Articulate presentation capability and rise to emergency
? Good analytical ability and research-oriented manner
? A fast learner by always catching up with new trends of IT industry
? Basic communication and written skills in English
? Shall stay in Jiaxing training center as resident

Involved in:

? Deliver sessions majorly on DotNet technologies
? Provide on-request consultancy and high-end workshop to project team
? Identify training requirement, design course and developing courseware accordingly
? Mentor trainees and support lab practice
? Update questions bank
? Conduct train the trainer program
? Streamline events by deploying training related systems
? Handle general training activities such as resource planning and coordinating
? Cover operational initiatives including government relationship maintenance

Technology Details:

? Core C#, DotNet framework and advanced features
? RDBMS, SQL Server and ADO.Net
? ASP.Net, MVC model and commonly used frameworks
? HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
? SOA and Web service
? Foundation of UML and design patterns
? Use of Visual Studio and source control tools
? Configuration of Windows Server and IIS
? Any of Java / mobility / cloud / big data is preferred
