Job description: Customer service specialist,need to work with customer located in U.S, Canada, join meeting with buyer in office,take meeting recap,follow meeting requirements,including quotation, samples sending,and order process and monitor status. Need to work with factories for price,package&shipments etc.


Job requirements:

1. At least 5 years working experience on garden or home decoration category in trading company.

2. Good listening,spoken, writting in English.

3. Expert in excel formular, knows v-look up will be a proiority.

4. Good communication skill with internal and external people. Good team player with good working attitude.

5. Has experience handling Kmart/Walmart/Lowes/CVS/Homedepot/Cosco/Target as a priority

6. Can travel with foreigner around 1 week independently.
