Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role.
In this role, you will:
To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies by managing, directing, and motivating Customer Service Team and maintain efficient customer services morale at the (sub) branch by well balancing between service/sales and risk control.
1. Manage counter operations to ensure compliance with regulation and internal procedures.
2.Maintain counter transaction standards and efficiency.
3.Deliver quality customer service with continuous improvement and minimum complaints.
4.Enhance service & sales culture among Customer Service
Team.
5.Achieve quality referrals on Premier/Advance customer numbers and Investment & Insurance products.
6.Develop a well-trained and motivated customer service team.
7.Establish a database of all job-related knowledge and
regulation.
8.Guide customer service team members through further career development.
9.Protect the bank’s interest and provide overall administrative support to sub-branch.
10.Be suspicious of money laundry activities and act
accordingly on prevention or remedy.
11.Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.University degree
2.Good spoken English and Mandarin.
3.Clear and logical mind.
4.Three year work experience or above in bank.
5.Stong service mind-set and sense of responsibility and compliance.
