职位概要：
Job summary
认真执行公司采购管理流程和目标，严格按计划采购；做到及时交货、合理降低采购成本和库存积压。对购进物品做到票证齐全。
Faithfully implement the company purchasing management procedures & goals, place correct orders to vendors as per MRP, and make the goods delivery on time, make reasonable cost down & reduce the stock. Make sure the incoming goods with correct & complete invoice accordingly.

主要工作职责：
Job Description
1,负责新项目相关物料的报价和打样；
Responsible for new project quotes & sampling.
2.开发、评审、管理供应商，对物料货源负责；
Develop, evaluate and manage suppliers, and be responsible for the source of materials.
3.执行并完善成本降低及控制方案，按“质优、价廉”的原则采购，对物料采购成本降价负责；
Implement and improve the cost down & control plan, purchasing the material according to the rules of “better quality with lower price, be responsible for the material of cost down.
4.每天严格根据PMC的PR下采购订单、确认跟踪及时到货；以及协助QC处理品质异常问题；
Strictly placing orders as per PMC PR, confirm & track the delivery date, and coordinate with QC dept. to deal with quality issues accordingly.
5.负责采购KMD工厂生产用的物料：塑胶件，冲压件，弹簧，螺丝包以及其他小五金配件；
Responsible for purchasing the KMD raw material including: plastic parts, press CRS parts, springs, screw sets and other small hardware parts, etc.
6.完成上司交代的其他工作事宜。

职位要求:
Position requirements:
1.男，30岁以上，大专以上，英文良好；电脑熟练；
College above, good English ability, computer skillful.
2.熟悉采购工作流程，有五年以上物料采购工作经验；
Acquaintance of purchasing procedure, more than 5 years of related purchasing experience.
3.较强的成本控制意识和供应商开发管理能力；
With strong common sense on cost control & ability of develop & manage suppliers.
4.有较好的沟通、谈判及协调能力；
5.Good communication, negotiation and Coordination.
6.工作主动性强，较强抗压能力；
With strong activity and hardness.
7.诚信踏实，有责任心；服从上级领导的工作安排；
Faithful, honesty & responsible, and be obedient to accept any tasks as assigned.
8.有运用SAP、OA系统，有窗帘杆&浴帘杆物料采购经验者优先；
The candidates with SAP, OA system experience and purchasing experience in Curtain & Shower industry are preferred.
