职位描述
岗位职责
1.负责跟进公司分配的询盘
2.及时处理及回复客户的订单需求及问题
3.跟踪客户产品使用情况，维护客户关系
4.在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
5.按照公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度执行和跟踪监督贸易业务；
6.协助实施公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划；
7.完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业；
2.英语四级或以上，良好的口语表达能力
3.具备良好的英语听说读写能力,尤其是较强的英文邮件书写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件
4.具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强
5.了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节
6.有五金塑胶厂经验优先
