Responsibilities
? Implement sales plan and deliver city sales target through retailer / distributor management.
? Ensure in store execution quality, i.e. share of shelf, OOS, phasing, POSM, 2nd display compliance, promoter, etc.
? Lead team to hit weighted distribution target.
? Managing deployment of assigned promotion budget & plan, drive ownership on trade expense with strong control measures.
? Coaching and develop SRs / DSRs capability
Qualifications
? Colleague graduate or above
? Demonstrated track record of success
? 2-4 years people leadership experience
? 3-6 years front-line sales and distributor management experience
? Project management: manage and motivate entire team to complete projects
? Professional customer selling / mgt. skills
? Larger team responsibility preferred
? Distributor management experience preferred
? Negotiation/problem solving skills
? Strong analytical/time management skills
? Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
