AP Accountant
This is an entry role into Fonterra and supports the growth of career aspirations of finance professionals who want to grow within Fonterra. The role supports the Regional Controller and Assistant Controller to provide compliance, T&E analysis, and PR/PO management and other ad hoc requirements.
Finance Control
? Distributor Expense Claim control
? Assets management in region level
? Spot Check regarding A&P expense control
? Control Travel and Entertainment expenses and ensure compliance with T&E policy
? Involved in distributor management, like Contract review, balance reconciliation, inventory management, etc.
? Ensure the financial records management process is controlled and in accordance with Fonterra and China PRC standards
? Ensure booking accuracy
? Assist controller in pre closing issue
Management Information
? Generate accurate management information that covers the breadth of requirements across sales, forecasting, business target achievement, and expense management within defined timelines
? Support management reporting with insights to assist and facilitate management decision making
? Support continuous improvement of management information and progress changes that will direct the recipients focus to key business targets
Management Support
? Support the hub Controller Team through role cover and the driving of business process compliance
? Support a no surprises approach through effective reporting to PRC Brands Finance Team
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualified Accountant
Proven Financial, Management and analytical experience
Minimum 3 years in Finance Management Reporting
Excel including pivots, functions and graphs
Excellent written and oral communications
Preferred expertise: Excel including macros/ Power Point; SAP/BW
Industry Experience: Medium/ large product sales, multinational
