职位描述

Role & Responsibilities:

* Recruitment:
- Execute recruitment activities for business units, ensure meeting recruiting targets
- Shortlist suitable candidates using internal and external data bases
- Making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided
- Finding new and innovative ways to attract the best people
- Make sure the recruitment process is updated into recruitment system
- Handling some administrative duties related to hiring and other tasks in the HR department
* Compensation & Benefit
- Responsible for all C&B related services, including monthly salary calculation & payment timely & accurate, social insurance & Housing fund handling, benefits administration, etc.
* HR Administration
- Coordinate internally & externally for employee on-boarding & exit process;
- Support in ongoing improvement in different HR processes/ project as assigned;
- Implement HR policies & procedures and answer employee inquiries accordingly;
- Provide ad hoc HR administration support whenever needed
* HR Related Systems
- Maintain employee information in the related HR system
- Follow up on the HR system related projects, includes system upgrades or new system implementation;
* Reports
- Consolidate the monthly report for including HC, turnover, etc.
- Generate reports to support HR analysis whenever needed;
- Consolidate the org-chart upon needs.

Education and Experience requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR position ideally in a multinational company
- Experience in using market leading sourcing channels to effectively source external candidates including recruitment agencies and job boards
- Strong understanding of recruiting process and procedure
- Familiar with relevant labor laws & Regulations and social insurance systems

Job Skills and Competencies for this position
- Bachelor degree in HR, management, English or equivalent
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, CET-6 is preferred
- Positive, passionate, motivate, hard-working, responsible, and can pay attention to details
- Good communication and coordination
- Computer skill on MS

Work Location can be in Shenzhen or Guangzhou
