职位设置目的
Purpose of Position:
? To engineering department manager and maintenance supervisor for production equipment maintenance practice and equipment re_engineering .
协助工程部经理和领班维修主管做好生产设备维修和设备改进
? According to PM schedule, to follow up preventive maintenance practices with maintenance supervisor.
协同维修领班按照进程及时完成预防性保养计划.
? Reduce equipment down times
降低设备停机时间
? To Improve equipment OEE
提高设备OEE

首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? To carry out routine maintenance with maintenance supervisor；
协同维修工程师一起参与生产设备的日常维修；
? To make a PM annual plan with supervisor/Manager；
协助做好每年的设备预防性保养计划；
? To collect information and data, and make equipment maintenance log and maintenance guide；
搜集信息和数据制作相关的维修操作手册和设备维修台帐；
? To maintenance supervisor for equipment re-engineering and maintenance；
协助工程师和维修领班完成设备改进和维修；
? To make a equipment monthly KPI and weekly routine maintenance report
完成每月的KPI报告和维修周报告
? Good planning and follow up
良好的计划和及时跟进
? Good individual implementation for routine works
日常工作中，个人良好的执行能力
? May perform or assist in production equipment maintenance that includes but is not limited to for above.
能执行或协助设备维修，但不只限于以上工作

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? Secondary Technical graduate or above
中专以上学历或类似
? Mechanical background is must, electrical/mechanical background is in plus
必须是机械学历，机电一体化者优先
? 5 years working experience preferred
5工作经验者优先
? MS-office software, especially Excel, Access, MS project, Power point
微软办公软件，特别是Excel, Access, MS project , Power point
? Very Familiar with Auto-CAD
熟练的AUTOCAD操作能力
? Good communication and team play skill
良好的团队协作和沟通能力
