Job Description:

1. Order Processing and following up; confirm the customers'PO concerning with item numbers, description, quantities, Until price, delivery date, and then sending the PO to our customer service people to handle; follow up the lead time and confirm back with the customer for the lead time; follow up the production with LDG / LNJ MRP department;

2. Goods delivery follow up ; payment confirmation with the customers, adn follow up the goods delivery to HK or directly from LDG /LNJ to the customers' factories, along with the related documents such as invoice, packing list, CO, etc.;

3.Customer complaint handling:confirm withthe complaint with the customer and handling with LDG/LNJ QA/Engineering people to get the FC report and replacement to the customer;

4.Samples: apply for the needed samples and delivery for these samples;

5.Pre-call selling : find, or the wxisting potential customers, call them to find their key person and their rough needs, and their interest upon Leviton products.
