Job Duties

-Assist in the creation, coordination and maintenance of new product schedules

-Organize and lead weekly new product tracking meetings with cross-functional KMD team

-Maintain Sharepoint PLM database with new product launch information

-Coordinate and track sample needs from internal and external sources

-Coordinate the launch and completion of RFQs; review and validate RFQ/cost data prior to release to US team

-Assist the cross functionally team with coordination and prioritization of deliverables, including BOM creation, PPA and PA creation, artwork sampling, and cost confirmation

-Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

-College degree or equivalent

-Experience working for a multi-national company preferred

-Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project)

-ERP (SAP) software experience a plus

-Comprehension in reading and writing English mandatory; fluent spoken English highly desired

-Experience in manufacturing environment

-Excellent organizational skills

-Comfort with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong attention to details

-Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with teams from different cultural & educational backgrounds.

-Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
