-For our Industry Sector, we are looking for a Mechnical Sales Representative in Fuzhou.

What are my responsibilities?
Responsibility & Task 任务和责任
-Sell and promote Mechanical Drives (MD) product, system, solutions, service to responsible customers对所负责的客户销售及推广西门子机械驱动产品,系统,解决方案,服务
-Develop an overview understanding of customer’s aims and needs, and Increase market transparency, find and develop new MD customers in resposnsible area全面了解、理解所负责的客户的目标需求、提高市场透明度并开发新的机械驱动客户
-Concluding MD customer list; comprehending customer potentials; initiate and drive action plans; development of focus customers and new customers ;budget fulfillment of Mechanical Drives order by Vbez;,etc 完成目标机械驱动客户清单、了解客户业务潜量、制定行动计划、开发重点客户、新客户完成个人销售目标
-fill in customer data into SPV from all companies you visited or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand, make efficient weekly working plan and monthly business reports to superior including proposals. 在客户管理系统中完善所有客户相关信息,客户需求,制定高效率的周工作计划及月报告包括给上级的建议

-Analyze the activities and behaviors of competitors in the Mechnical Drives Industry focused branch customers and market 分析竞争对手的市场活动及其重点客户
-To conduct presentation of Mechanical Drives product independently 能独立完成机械驱动产品技术交流
-Maintain and expand customer relationships in assigned branches, increase Siemens products market share in assigned branches; thus to fulfill annual sales targe 保持并扩大客户关系和数量,提高西门子市场占有率已完成年度销售指标

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge 知识
-Strong and broad understanding of current industry equipment and application;
-对日前的工业设备和应用有广泛的认识。
-Familiar in Power plant or port/paper business;
-熟悉电厂/港口/造纸等业务。
-Interpersonal and team building skills. Computer skills of Office tools, ability to work independently;
-擅于人交往,具有团队意识,懂电脑操作和办公软件的使用,能独立工作。
-Willingness to travel at short notice.
-能经常出差。
Experience 经验
-3-5 years experiences in Sales, at least 2 years in direct sakes of industrial products and solutions;
-3到5年的销售经验,至少2年的工业产品直销经验。
-High energy, self-starter who is passionate about achieving aggressive growth targets;
-充满活力,能够积极主动地争取实现增长目标。
-Experience in relationship development skills are necessary, including the ability to identify customer requirements and mobilize the business around those.

Education学历
-College graduate/post graduate in mechanics/Automation;
-大专毕业,机械或机电一体化专业。
