Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our biz operation Team. This person will be tasked with managing specific products and delivery to our customers by leading the communication with internal company departments and international customers.

Category: International Trade

1) Coordinate with international buyer, manage a good customers communication and customer service.
2) Manage sales forecast, inventory data base. Track sales record and delivery.
3) Solving problems and meeting customer requirements favorably
4) Contracts & Agreements
5) Running Weekly Agenda Meetings
6) Maintaining timely product and factory database for area of account management

Job Requirement:

1) University Degree in Business or related discipline
2) At least 3 years experience in foreign trade activities
3) Excellent spoken and written English
4) Ability to budget, forecast will be a big plus
5) Experience with taking care of USA customers directly
6) Keen business sense
7) Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility
8) Project management skills
9) Excellent communication skills
