Finance Manager - Changzhou
财务经理 常州
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for finance and accounting for the WFOE manufacturing company, including financial and liquidity planning; monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reports; cash flow and external financing
? Taking care of the relationship with authorities, banks and customs
? Expertise in financial planning, financial closing and report, external financing and budget control as well as in sales revenue, profit margins and cost analysis
? Maintain relationship with government institutions, including but not limited to Tax Office, Finance Bureau and SAFE, and handle their queries
? Maintain relations with external auditors and handle their queries
? Supervise the annual inspection as required by local government agencies
? Supervise management of VAT invoices
? Work closely with the Finance Department in Headquarters in Europe
? Report to the CFO in HQ
Requirements:
? University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
? 10-15 years working experience in Finance & Accounting in a manufacturing company in China, and at least 3 years in manager lever, preferably in an international/western company
? Knowledge about German (HGB) and/or international book-keeping standards (IFRS) and ERP system
? High analytical, conceptual and strategic competences
? Excellent business understanding, self-motivated, working hands-on
? Good communication and presentation skills, team player
? Able to work under pressure
? Emphasis will be placed on personal style and attitude
? Fluent in Chinese and English, international working experience is a plus, German language will be a plus, but not necessary
