HR Specialist-Changzhou
人事专员-常州
Responsibilities:
? In charge of all HR-related issues of the WFOE manufacturing company, e.g. HR policy, rules and regulations, recruitment, performance evaluation, career development and training
? Handling employment contract, pay-roll and other legal human resources issues
? Report to the General Manager of China area
? Track and optimize headcount and organization structure and control manpower cost
? Implement talent management program according to company policy
? Maintain recruiting requirements, check recruiting plan with Headquarters and try to use various channels to reduce manpower cost
? Participate in recruiting cases, such as Job fair, campus recruiting etc.
? Support manager to optimize recruiting process
? Other tasks assigned by the superior
Requirements:
? University degree in Law or Human Resources studies or related field
? At least 3 years HR function experience in multi-national company, experience in manufacturing industry is must, HR Generalist or Recruiter background is preferred
? Familiar with HR day-to-day administration, with strong cross functional skills including: recruiting/new hire processing, compensation & benefit, training, strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
? Familiar with recruiting procedure and interview skills and channel management
? Familiar with labor law and relevant local regulations and master good skills to deal with HR activities
? Strong communication skills and ability
? Preferably with working experience in European company
? Familiar with MS office software application
? Fluent in written and oral English, German language will be a plus, but not necessary
