RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Keeps good communication with Corporate PD, Design & Buying teams on the clarifying sample detailing and development directions and coordinates sampling processes by working with factory sample rooms to ensure samples meet buyers’ requirements with aesthetics, function and speed.

2. Partners with Commercialized technicians to execute new product development, confirmation and fit and works out optional solutions to improve or fix product issues.

3. Keep team management updated on product status for new development, confirmation, GSS through 1st day production with alignment with cross functional teams Costing, PM, QA and business partner factory and supplier.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Good English comprehension and communication skills on both speaking and writing.

2. Pleasant personality and a team player with self-motivated work attitude.

3. Minimum of 3 years footwear sourcing or trading company background with good senses of manufacturing experiences on footwear.

4. College graduate preferred.
