QA / QC TEAM LEADER (女裝高级成衣出口QA组長)

1.要求能经常往返于江、浙、沪，广州 地区各工厂之间，
2.有相同工作岗位工作经验8年以上，能独立处理针/梳织时装成衣订单的前期、中期、尾期检查，保证产品的生产质量与交期，
3.及时发现工厂生产中出现的问题，具备与工厂的良好沟通能力，
4.帶領QA 處理中查及尾查的工作 ，
5.能将工厂生产的实际情况及时反馈给公司相关部门主管，
5.维护公司利益，原则性强，能吃苦耐劳，服从上司的工作安排。
6.良好的英语读写水平（包括口语以及收发英文邮件，能看懂所有制单）
1. Need to travel to and from North and South China factories on frequent basis.
2. 8 years relevant experience. Can manage woven/knit high fashion ladies wear in-line, final check up independently and ensure meeting the quality requirement and shipment schedule
3. Monitor factory production to resolve all factory production related problems, able to communicate Company and customer requirements effectively
4. Coach and lead the QA team to follow up in-line and final inspection
5. Report the production relevant problems on a timely basis
6. Work along the SOP and Company QA guides to ensure defect free production to protect Company interest. Willingness to work hard and follow through instructions given by superior.
