Intertraffic Group was established in Mexico in 1997 being one of the leading customs broker in the country. The group expanded operations and open their offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen in 2007 under the name of Intertraffic Asia Limited.

Our missions:

· To save time and money when Customs clearing containers upon arrival to Mexican ports.

To support its expansion the group is now looking for a customer focused with great interpersonal and communication skills Senior Quality Supervisor for its Shanghai office.

Assignments:

· Reporting to the Asia Regional Manager and Corporate Operations Manager in Mexico

· Performing Quality Control Inspection in China as required

· Resolving internal and external quality issues

· Prepare monthly reports of non-conformity / non-compliance of inspections to establish corrective actions and proper training

· Work closely with our team of coordinators and Inspectors to prepare and assess performance and quality of information for every inspection, paying special attention on inspections performed by 3rd parties

· Providing support & training to inspectors to achieve company goals and client requirements

· Monitoring and supervising QC activities of our Quality Inspectors

· Assess quality inspection times and cost. Validating inspectors’ mission expenses.

· Promote continuous improvements to processes and inspections in both quality and production

· Revise, update and validate all inspection reports made by internal inspectors and 3^rd parties

· Work closely with 3^rd parties to assure full understanding of our inspection needs and compliance of our inspection requirements

· Assisting in performing internal revisions in accordance with Operation / Systems manuals and Codes of Practices throughout our business

· Develop and update the Operation and Inspection Procedures.

· Draw up documented inspection procedures according to new customers/product requirements

· Liaising with customer and suppliers, vendors and factories whenever necessary

· Knowledge of Import & Export and customs clearance procedure is an advantage

· Travelling will be required, mainly within China. Later on in Greater Asia.

· Awareness and guidance for inspections in China and revision of their inspection procedure and reporting is mandatory.

Requirements :

· 5 years or above QA/QC working experience in furniture, home appliances, textile, toys

· Familiar with ISO international standards working environment and good practice

· Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

· Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

· Proactive, Detail-minded and well organized

· Willing to work during holiday if necessary

· Immediate availability appreciated

We offer competitive remuneration package including 5 days work, bank holiday, 13 month’ salary, annual leave and medical insurance to the successful applicant.
