Job Objective工作目标:

• Satisfy the customer in terms of delivery by better forecasting, planning, communicating, coordinating and implementation
• Find the best trade-off between service level and cost

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Manage of a team 2-3 people which located in customer side.
• Entertain good relations and maintain a good communication and networking with customers
• Implementation of EDI with customers
• Handle logistics claims
• Fill the customer’s portal and prepare customer Supply Chain Audits (MMOG/LE, B2B…)
• Response to customer capacity survey
• Gather Market Intelligence
• Prepare sales data for budget and plan
• Ensure a best logistic cost by working with planning, logistic team and customers
• Consignment stock management and discrepancy analysis
• SLA definition in quotation and renegotiation during mass production

Job Requirements工作要求

• Education学历: Bachelor degree minimum, preferably with a major in Supply-Chain
• Language语言: English: CET-4 or above, ability to conduct negotiation in English
• Computer skill计算机技能:
• Excellence in MS Office/PPT Presentaion
• Some knowledge of EDI, ERP (SAP …) systems is an advantage
• Work experience工作经验: More than 5 years of related experience, preferably in automotive industry
