Job Objective工作目标:

- Satisfy the internal and external customers in terms of service by implementing the proper delivery and return process, Create outbound delivery request in SAP, reducing logistic cycle time, optimize the loading way and ensuring delivery in full and in time while achieving an optimized logistic cost.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

- Working with Order desk team to work out the delivery plan to assure no-stop or stop risk issue in Customer end.

- Optimize the delivery schedule based on the Customer Forecast and Stock Condition to acquire the best logistic cost.

- Deplore systematically analysis on Delivery and Return Loading way, identify the problems and propose actions for improvements (Filling rate, packaging, inventory, …) to assure the delivery and return is in full.

- Dispatch delivery to Warehouse and Service centers and supervise the transport course. Coordinate with Logistic team if any.

- Quick Reactive in urgent case and update the information to other team members on time.

- Creating Outbound Delivery in System and assure no errors made.

- Creating Return Order (pallets or Glasses) from Warehouse or service center while in line with return control disciplines. ( Filling Rate in cost direction and Return Disciplines)

- Work with the team to achieve the KPIs

- Participate in deployment of SAP, and achieve on the function’s requirement.

Job Requirements工作要求

- Education学历: Bachelor degree or above; preferable majored in supply-chain/logistic or Planning

- Language语言: English: CET-4 or above, Good in written and basic spoken English

- Computer skill计算机技能: Excellence in MS Office and SAP

- Work experience工作经验: More than 2 years’ experience in logistics or planning field, preferably in automotive industry
