Job Objective工作目标:

- Implement Market Intelligence Database and monthly reporting

- Implement SGSI Commercial Database (MPT) and assist to make commercial plan and budget for domestic passenger car market

- Prepare materials for all kinds of customer communication

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• OEM key information and evolution in database, and “OEM ID” quarterly
• Vehicle / Project basic information (including all vehicles in market), evolution track and monthly report
• Vehicle market production and sales in database, and monthly analysis
• Glass Supplier for each OEM and model (from quotations, sales team, auto show or market investigation)
• Product specifications in quotations (including all initial demands for value-added) and sales of domestic market
• Quoted price (including internal cost) and market price (including information from KAM for running projects)
• MPT implementation in budget and plan process, and generate domestic passenger car market sales
• Weekly Minutes (local KAM weekly report); MM meeting slides Weekly (RFQ/Nomination, Main Issues)
• Monthly Report (ExCo, SGSI)
• KAM visit report archive
• “Supplier information” (maintaining a standard sheet that could be released to customer)
• Customer Satisfaction Survey
• Marketing Communication Materials (ppt such as “Company Presentation”, brochure, printings, gifts…)

Job Requirements工作要求

• Education学历: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information System (MIS) or related majors
• Language语言: English
• Computer skill计算机技能: Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word); Understanding to database preferred
• Work experience工作经验: >2 years in related function
