Job Responsibilities工作职责:

- Assist to make annual recruitment plan and recruitment budget.

- Make use of the efficient channels to search qualified candidates.

- Select qualified CVs and recommend to hiring manager.

- Coordinate the interview process with hiring manager.

- Make Interview and evaluate the interview result.

- Provide recruitment reports.

- Improve the recruitment process to make sure the recruitment efficiency.

- Participate in the new employee integration.

- Employee probation management and improvement.

- Employee transfer management and improvement.

- Employee contract management and improvement.

- Employee leaving management and improvement.

- Other tasks from Manager

Job Requirements工作要求

- Bachelor degree.

- More than 2 years related work experience.

- Fluent English (Oral & Written).

- Skilled at Microsoft office

- Good interview skills

- Familiar with labor law

- Proactive

- Good team spirit

- Excellent communication skill
