Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+Preparation of monthly results and annual accounts of the company considering all local laws (local accounts) and corporate policies (group accounts). Reporting of results to general management and headquarter within the set timeframe.
+Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations. Ensure the implementation and improvements of accounting and controlling procedures as well as all other relevant procedures relating to the financial management of the company. Initiate improvements of Controlling and Accounting systems including ERP systems.
+Analysis of operative results and their effect on the company providing reports and statistics to General management. Analysis of results includes preparation of recommendations for cost reduction measures and profit improvement actions. Financial manager acts as a consultant to General management.
+Applying corporate policies at the level of the company including introduction and control of corporate instructions. Ensure together with General Management that corporate compliance rules are adhered to in all areas of the company.
+Perform the financial analysis of investment projects including recommendations to management, approval of the investment projects and control of the relevant budget.
+Implementation of credit management policies and procedures and daily credit management
+Coordination and preparation of the annual budget of the company as well as monthly Forecast for P&L statement, balance sheet and other financial information
+Ensure appropriate Financing and cash management of the company
+Ensure compliance for all tax issues in the company
+Supervision of financial department including all functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank operations, fixed asset management, etc. as well as the IT department. Recruitment, training and evaluation of Finance and IT personnel.
+Support the Integration of the newly acquired company in Sanmen into the accounting system of the company and into the corporate and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
+ Sound knowledge in all relevant accounting and controlling issues
+ Working experience as Financial Manager in international companies
+ Good communication skills and leadership qualities
+ Proactive behavior and high committment
+ Strategic thinking and analytical skills necessary
+ Fluent in English (written / spoken English)
+ Knowledge in ERP systems (Userfriend) as well as business software (MS-Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage.
