工作职责：
-Work with the company's senior executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for international market
-Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations
-Lead cross-functional, global teams to get work done
-Communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and to the broader organization
-Drive recommendations through to implementation

职位要求：
-MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field preferred with strong academic record
-At least two years of experience at the post-graduate level at a leading management consulting firm, or equivalent project management experience in a line role for a high-growth technology firm (Internet, software, and/or media industry experience preferred)
-Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence
-Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
-Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with highly technical management team
-Bi-lingual capability: Fluent in English plus one or more foreign language and familiar with his/her own nation’s culture and internet environment. Proficient in listening and speaking of Chinese is plus
