Annual Package:
Around RMB 1 Million (Fixed 13 months’ salary + Annual Bonus)


Working Location:
Guangzhou & Dongguan, Guangdong Province


Summary of Client:
Headquartered in USA, our client is a market leading supplier of DC/DC converters, AC/DC power supplies, magnetics, digital panel meters, and data acquisition components.


Reporting Lines:
Report to: Managing Director of NCL (Englishman, based in UK)
Subordinates: Department Heads of the Plant (Dotted-line oversee HR and Finance)


Position Summary:
The incumbent is fully responsible for P&L of China factory and ensure that all departments are well-organized and are working competently and efficiently to meet various goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Directly oversee various departments, namely Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Magnetics Component R&D. Dotted-line oversee HR and Finance.
2. Set up and implement the plant goals and objectives in the light of corporate and BU business strategies.
3. Drive achievement of factory revenue and profit. Anticipate any change in both internal and external business environment and take proactive measures to maintain and develop company’s competencies.
4. Set up and continuously improve management policies, regulations, and work processes.
5. Maintain positive relationship with MPS Corporate and BU function leaders and work closely with them as a team to achieve the factory objectives and the corporate/BU business strategies as well.
6. In line with the company philosophy, build and develop healthy and positive organization culture, which is conducive to employees’ engagement and loyalty.
7. Continuously develop and train up direct reports through proper people management approaches, such are motivation, coaching, delegation, and employment, etc.
8. Work closely with HR and Financial function leaders in China and take joint efforts to achieve excellent HR/Finance services and governance.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Management or relevant discipline.
2. +15 years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry. Experience in Power business is preferable.
3. Solid experience in overall / multiple functions management in sized international organizations.
4. Strategic thinking and willing to take challenges in dynamic business environment.
5. Strong leadership and excellent management skills.
6. Result-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Good team player. Experienced in matrix organization environment.
8. Proficient in both written and oral English. Experienced in working with international professionals and executives.
9. A leader with excellent interpersonal & communications skills.
