Responsibility:
1.Design and develop switch mode power supplies and power products.
2.Assist the operations of the Test, Prototyping, and Engineering departments.
3.Provide technical support and if required sales product support.
4.Communicate effectively with others (UK & Asia) in the course of the development process
5.Maintain records as per to ISO9002 requirements for design & development
6.Ensure safety and good house keeping.

Qualification & Experience
1.Degree in Electronics (or equivalent).
2.Must have at least 5 years working experience in designed of Power Supply industry.
3.Should have experience of:
a.Design to meet EMC requirements
b.Design to meet safety requirements of EN60950 as a minimum and ideally additionally, EN60601, EN61010 and international equivalents.
c.It would be advantageous to have Programming experience for Microchip PIC, CANBus, PMBus and similar or a least knowledge of these.
4.Ideally have experience in both mains AC and low voltage DC inputs:
5.Have as a minimum, experience within the power range 50 – 500W in low, medium and high volume production of industrial and / or medical product.
6.Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
7.Respect the confidentiality of the customers’ affairs with which the applicant is dealing in the course of product development.
