Responsibilities:

- Oversee production, manufacturing engineering, logistics and quality department to attain company goals consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements.
- Manage SOP, plant layout and planning
- Deploy continuous improvement activities for products, equipment, work methods
- Evaluates steps in manufacturing to eliminate waste, control cycle time and implementation of lean manufacturing
- Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;
- Recruit, guide, train, evaluate and motivate employee of to achieve the operations target with high safety, quality and efficiency.
- Research and implement the advanced manufacturing technology, optimize manufacturing process (equipment, tools, fixture, etc.) continuously to upgrade the manufacturing ability and efficiency.
- Participate in the new product launch, ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly.

Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical Engineerng or related
- 10+ years manufacturing management experience including at least 2 functions of engineering, quality, supply chain management
- Automotive parts experience is preferred; assembly, welding process knowledge is preferred
- Solid knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing, NPI, 5S & EHS regulations
- Strong leadership
- Fluent English
