Setting, monitor, offset the Customs contract.

Manage and supervise routine Customs affairs

Set up SOP of Customs activities to fulfill trade compliance

Coordinate with internal and external departments for execution bonded policy

Main Responsibilities

·Customs contract management

·Coordinate with finance and PMC for yearly sales forecast and material consumption statistics and create Customs Contract

·Monthly check the balance of the Customs contract vs physical inventory, do action plan for balancing.

·Organize offset of the Customs contract

·Routine import and export activities management

·Discipline all compliance either documents or declarations

·SOP generation for compliance training

·All declared formats update to fulfill Customs compliance

·Communicate with relative governments for policy’s gathering and update relative activities

·Organize internal documents for Customs audit.

Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience

· Education: University graduate.

· Experience: Over 5 years relative experience. Foreign company’s experience is preferred.

· Have the Customs Declaration Certificate.

· Skills on written and spoken English
