Main Responsibilities

1.Review daily quality report & record, follow up production abnormity till closure;

2.Handle customer’s requirements received from Sales and CS, and submit proposal;

3.Work with production to coordinate job connection & communications of QC;

4.Participate in new product introduction meeting, and follow up quality issues during trial run;

5.Review corrective and preventive actions provided by responsible department/person;

6.Make and implement annual working plan, and take actions when necessary;

7.Chair regular quality improvement meeting with production;

8.Enhance employee’s working skills, attitude & awareness through regular training;

9.Review QC’s monthly performance and consolidate QC’s bonus plan;

10.Monitor QC’s discipline and take necessary actions.

Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience

1.College degree or above with majority in textile or print engineering;

2.Minimum 2 years equivalent position in printing industry;

3.Well trained in ISO9000 and housekeeping.

Minimum Requirements: Knowledge & Skills

1.Good communications, and sense of customer focus;

2.Proficient in writing & oral English;

3.Experienced in shop floor quality management;

4.Fully understand the inspection & testing method of various prints;

5.Able to compile relevant procedures & work instructions;

6.Practically get involved in implementation of ISO and 5S system.
