应聘要求：

1、40-65周岁，大学本科及以上学历；

2、至少具有十五年以上知名制造型企业质量/EHS/生产/采购或供应链/工程或技术/产品研发/HR等岗位实际工作经历，其中

五年以上的管理工作经验，曾经担任部门经理及以上职务者为佳；

3、接受过系统的、专业的培训，有TTT的受训经历；

4、心态开放、包容、富有激情，思维敏捷，有较强的亲和力和感染力，较强的问题分析和解决能力，愿意和他人分享知识和经

验，能够接纳有建设性的不同建议和看法，具团队合作精神；

5、善于运用现代培训手法，有良好的授课技巧，具备较强的组织控场能力、沟通/演讲能力及文字表达能力，有一定的课程研

发能力，曾经担任企业内部培训讲师为佳；

6、具有较强的敬业精神，服务精神，责任心强，个人信誉好，工作勤奋，有较强使命感和责任意识；

7、能够用英语或其他语种阅读和书写，口语流利者优先考虑；

8、能够经常出差；

9、兼职者在工作时间安排上需要有适当的自由度；
