Requirements:

• University bachelor or master degree in technical study.
• Min. 4 years job experience in an industrial manufacturing company,min. 2 years experience in MTM (Methods Time Management).
• Operative experience lean principles.
• Knowledge in Industrial Engineering, especially lean production and TPS.
• Knowledge in automation/production and assembly processes.
• Advanced understanding of production processes.
• Training certificate of MTM-1(Methods Time Management), USA.
• Advanced experiences in CAD/CAM programmes
• Good experiences in MS-office (excel, power-point, word, outlook), knowledge in TiCon software.
• Advanced skilled in English (CET 6)
• Motivated to optimize business and production processes.
• Ability to communicate and to work in an international team.
• Sociocultural competence.
• Strong communication skills in moderation of teams including conflict management.
• Self-dependent and responsible way of working.
• Guide interns with international background.
• Develop the production according to lean principles.
• Taking ownership for projects to improve processes.
