1. Continuously maintain and improve safety and health system：

1) Prepare and submit annual internal audit plan for approval, lead audit team to execute the audit plan, summarize the audit findings and raise the CAR for NC

2) Review the safety system status regularly

2.l Arrange and conduct system audit and process audit if required and then follow up the improvement result

2.2 Raise system improvement suggestions refer to customer requirement or outside audit result

3) Contact external certification body to confirm the audit plan, and coordinate the audit, issue CAR if required

4) Follow up all CARs and the action items to make sure all action will be taken and effective.

5) Coordinate all related issues related safety and health issues, such as,

5.1 Organize to identify and evaluate risk of safety and health；

5.2 Prepare special positions list of company specified by law and legislation,

5.3 Prepare list of equipment or facility specified by law and legislation,

5.4 Keep safety and health certificate of position/person specified by related law or legislation.

5.5 Update list of related safety and health law and legislation regularly；

5.6 Coordinate and arrange the safety and health measurement issue

5.7 As a contact window to handle all safety and health issues from local government or other outside organizations

6) Prepare, review system document regularly, coordinate and arrange the preparation of new documents and the amendment of related procedure, WI and other documents if required.

7) Review firefighting status and organize exercise of firefighting regularly

2. Coordinate and handle audit related to safety and health issues:

l） Prepare for customer or outside audit, do pre-audit if necessary and follow up the improvement of findings

2） Arrange and attend customer or other outside audit, prepare the finding summary and coordinate the responsible department to take improvement plan and follow up the result.

3. Handle calibration issues related to safety and health equipment, include

1) Manage and maintain numbering system of equipment, keep equipment calibration list, arrange new testing equipment before use.

2) Check and update equipment calibration list each month, arrange and send due equipment to external laboratory for calibration per schedule.

3) Monitor equipment calibration status while equipment transfers, repair, scrap and stop to use. Arrange calibration audit each year per schedule.

4) Print and file the calibration report.

4. Under take other duties assigned by quality manager or company.
