JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Provides effective secretary and administration service to General Manager.
* Manage and update presence agenda of General Manager's
* General Manager’s trip management, reserves the hotel, air ticket and transportation accordingly;
*Act as liaison between GM and other managers and staff within the company to assure appropriate coordination and follow-up on day-to-day operations.
* Co-ordinates and organizes meetings, reserves relevant facilities and equipments; Take meeting minutes and follow-up actions if needed;
* Manage documentations properly. Ensure all files and documents are kept tidily and in good order, can be easily assessed and compliance with company information security policy;
* Answers General Manager’s telephone calls when needed, takes messages and follow-up actions if necessary;
* Other secretary service as needed.
2. Provide assistance support in business
* With the knowledge of business operations and industry technology, provide assistance to General Manager in preparation of business report, presentation materials and other documentations when needed;
3. Familiar with human resources recruitment, compensation, performance assessment, training and other rules and procedures, familiar with the national labor policy;concurrently human resource management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. University or above;
2. At least 3 years work experience
3. Very organized, efficient and good at coordinating and checking on delegated work such as travel arrangements;
4. Hands-on and ability to provide solutions to unexpected problems;
5. Flexible regarding communications after normal work hours especially when the management is traveling;
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
7. Reliable and trustworthy, able to keep information confidential;
8. Ability to deal with a high-pressure, changing work environment;
9. Excellent spoken and written English capability;
10. Excellent computer skills – knowledge of standard office software.
