1. Daily quality improvement: work with other dept. (Quality, Process, Operation, Material...) to solve the daily quality issues, take improvement action；
负责日常的质量改善，与相关部门，如质量部，工艺部，生产部，物料部等解决质量问题，采取相关的改进措施；
2. SMT attrition control (DOR control);
进行SMT抛料率控制（DOR控制）
3. Equipment maintenance and machine trouble-shooting;
负责设备维护和相关的问题处理

Requirements:

1. Have a good command of both spoken and written English;
具备一定的英语口语和书写能力
2. Good communication skills;
良好的沟通技能；
3. Skilled in Excel, Word, PPT;
熟练的Excel,Word,PPT操作能力；
4. Be familiar with SMT equipment and process;
熟悉SMT设备和工艺流程；
5. Over 4 year’s experience
4年以上经验.
