职位描述
Responsibility:
- Provide strong leadership skill on product development, sourcing & production development, sourcing & production follow up to provide the best service and KPI.
- Able to give clear direction and guidance to subordinates.
- Training all new Merchandisers.
- Training others in the team of your product and experience expertise.
- Follow evolutions of the industrial network and economic changes and update the regional manager every 6 month and whenever necessary.
- Follow the evolution of each product family in term of price, collecting, capability, factory development and update the regional manager every 6 months and whenever necessary.
- Assist the regional Manager / HK Senior Merchandiser to provide support to the whole accessories team in case of necessary.
- Sourcing new suppliers.
- Product development , price and delivery negotiation.
- Order follow up & quality management.
- Supplier and Claim management.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- 10 years solid experience in product development, sourcing process and production technical (at least 5 years in management level).
- With strong fashion sense and experience in socks and hat / scarves / gloves w / Brand is highly preferable.
- With strong connection with factory source and able to expand supplier network around the region.
- Good knowledge on factory compliance and EU norm.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skill.
- Strong in planning and organization skills with analytical and innovative mind.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, detail minded with strong business sense.
- Aggressive and willing to work under pressure.
- Strong written and spoken communication skill in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in PC applications such as MS office, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing.
- Frequent Traveling is required.
