职位描述
1.Firmly abide by the rules of company, Responsible for the departmental EHS performance , ensure yearly departmental EHS objectives.
2.Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring key performance indicators of sourcing and purchasing.
3.Lead purchasing team to supply direct /in-direct materials and related services on time with lowest Cost, acceptable quality and reasonable Inventory.
4.Lead sourcing team to search, select and qualify new suppliers with support from R&D and QA Department.
5.Lead creating cost down opportunities continuously through sourcing, and meet the divisional cost productivity goal each year.
6.Lead and coordinate sourcing staff in building short-term and long-term purchasing framework agreements with suppliers.
7.Ensure effective and continuous communications between the team with internal / external suppliers / customers, and reduce the loss caused by misunderstanding,
8.Select, coach and direct team members, and allocate jobs appropriately.
9.Ensure the team source and purchase legally and conformed to established policies.
10.The other task from superior.
1.Engineering background, bachelor min. with preference to MBA certification.
2.5+ years of working in supply chain function within 2 years min. of departmental management experience, and preferred to experiences at foreign owned companies.
3.Strong Leadership, Negotiation and Communication ability.
4.Have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
