Job Summary
- Supplier sourcing, price negotiating and other better commercial terms setting
- Cost saving strategy and consolidate supplier & localization
- Perform schedule agreement/price agreement processing for indirect packaging material
- Lead RFQ/Bidding
- Contract negotiation, subscription and follow up
Job Responsibility
- To conduct and lead commercial preparations, negotiations, and contractual matters in cooperation with user dept
- Establish competitive service contracts with relevant suppliers and sub-suppliers
- Perform RFQ activities on the purchase request from departments and production in an efficient manner
- Develop new supply sources continuously to optimize price, quality and service
- Work closely with user dept. to understand their current and future demand, cost estimates and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities
- Fulfill any other work assigned by the leader
Work related requirements
- College degree in Business or engineering related
- An understanding and knowledge in purchasing. Having the purchasing experience, especially for service contract negotiation and subscription.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in SAP and incorterms. Familiar with purchasing module of SAP
- Good reading, writing and speaking in English
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- A team player with hard working, carefulness and accountability
- Have efficiency, quality, cost consciousness, ability to influence/convince and responsibility
