岗位职责：
1.根据软件开发过程为高级DSL网关产品设计和开发软件模块；
2.参与设计及代码复核；
3.能很快地学习新技术并提出优化实现方法；
4.参与功能需求并准备支持设计规格文档；
5.尽己所能积极参与客户的具体方案；
6.创建结构设计和详细设计文档；
7.协同技术伙伴和功能端用户共同参与测试以确保开发项目的成功推出；
8.为指定任务提供适当而适时的每周状态报告。

任职要求：
1.精通TCP/IP、C/C++、unix基本环境；
2.具有第三方应用程序接口、服务和函数库集成经验；
3.熟悉协议开发（TCP/IP、TR069/TR98、DHCP、IGMP）；
4.精通嵌入式Linux应用开发/故障排除；
5.良好的实时操作系统概念的理解；
6.熟悉Linux内核、文件系统；
7.为人积极主动、注重细节、抗压能力强并能按时完成任务；
8.良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；
9.3年以上嵌入式开发相关工作经验；
10.精通英语（说和写）；
11.拥有学士以上学历；
12.具有实时操作系统开发经验的优先考虑；
13.掌握数据库知识，如MySQL/SQLite；
14.对2层（数据链路层）协议掌握良好的优先考虑；
15.具有ClearCase、ClearQuest、Eclipse经验；
16.对Java开发掌握良好的优先考虑；
17.具有通信背景的优先考虑。


Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop SW modules for our advanced DSL gateway product according to software development processes;
2.Participate in Design and Code Reviews;
3.Quickly learn new technology and create optimized implementations;
4.Be involved in the functional requirements and prepare supporting design specification documents;
5.Actively involved in customer specific programs and make these a success story;
6.Create structure design and detail design documents;
7.Perform testing with technical peers and functional end users to ensure successful launch of development projects;
8.Provide adequate and timely weekly status reporting on assigned tasks.

Requirements:
1.Solid mastery of TCP/IP, C/C++, unix based environments;
2.Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs, services, and libraries;
3.Familiar with protocol development (TCP/IP, TR069/TR98, DHCP, IGMP);
4.Strong Embedded Linux application development/debugging skills;
5.Good understanding of real-time operating system concepts;
6.Familiar with Linux kernel, file system;
7.Self-starter, detail oriented, and ability to work under pressure and short timelines;
8.Team player with good communication skills;
9.+3 years relevant experience in embedded development;
10.Proficient English (Oral and Written);
11.Bachelor degree and above;
12.RTOS development experience a plus;
13.Database knowledge, MySQL/SQLite;
14.Good understanding on Layer 2 (Data Link) protocols is a plus;
15.Work experience on ClearCase, ClearQuest, Eclipse;
16.Good understanding on Java development is a plus;
17.Telecom Background is a plus.
