岗位职责：
1. 收集相关待检查设备的文件；
2. 与供应商确认监督检查事宜（日期和时间、地点、联系人）；
3. 与供应商确认可用的程序和质量文件（按质量控制计划），以备验证之用；
4. 执行质量监督，根据通知进行最终检验；
5. 按照指定要求验证包括适用的测试程序；
6. 检查用于测试仪器的检验证书；
7. 按要求检查质量文件的可用性；
8. 识别并报告不符项如有任何问题差异，在有需要的时候出具最终检验报告或污染标准指数
9. 处理其他职责相关任务。

任职要求：
1. 机械工程、能源工程或其他相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 至少三年以上在能源、电力行业担任质量工程师的工作经验；
3. 有在电厂参与设计、制造、测试或检查机电设备的工作经验；
4. 对产品监督和适用规范与标准有相关了解；
5. 了解业务流程与工具应用；
6. 对压力容器有一定了解；
7. 了解FMEA和6 sigma；
8. 流利的英语听说读写能力；
9. 在计划、组织以及合作方面具备良好的协调沟通能力；
10. 拥有“以客户为中心”以及“关注所有成本”的理念；
11. 能够保证绩效、强大的抗压能力、坚定立场并能够自我激励；
12. 能够适应出差；

Responsibilities:
1. Collect documentation relevant to equipment to be inspected;
2. Confirm surveillance inspection with supplier (date & time, location, contact);
3. Confirm with supplier availability of procedures and quality documents (as required by QCP), ready for verification;
4. Perform quality surveillance, final conformity inspection according to notification;
5. Verify compliance with specified requirements including applicable test procedures;
6. Check calibration certificates of the instrumentation used for tests;
7. Check availability of quality documentation and review as required;
8. Identify and report discrepancies if any issue discrepancies / final conformity report or PSI check list when needed;
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or energy engineering or other related field;
2. At least 3 years experience in Energy or Power industry as a quality engineer;
3. Experience of design, manufacturing, testing/inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment as used in power plants;
4. Knowledge of the products being minitored and the applicable codes and standards;
5. Knowledge of the business processes and tools applied;
6. Knowledge of pressure vessel;
7. Understand FMEA and 6sigma;
8. Be fluent in written and spoken English;
9. Has shown the ability to plan, organize and co-ordinate with other disciplines well;
10. “Customer Focus” and “Over All Cost Focus” minded;
11. Steadiness in performance, the ability to stand up well under stress, ability to stand his ground, self-motivation;
12. Flexibility on travelling;
