主要职责：

Incoming inspection organization and sampling
Manage the two Lab and responsible for material and routing test and issues analysis report
Calibration and MSA

A Organize FAL inspection and make inspection sampling plan
B Make WIs for the inspection according to the parts or components requirements
C Collect all the parts quality information and work together with SQE to improve supplier’s quality
D Train technicians and inspectors to make program and operate inspection instruments
E Deploy the calibration and MSA according to EQS requirements
F Organize the WIs and system procedures documents working-out and support quality system improvement and audit events
G Make inspection fixtures based on GD&T measurement requirement
H Provide training to inspectors or technicians on GD&T if required
I Provide measurement support to QE/ME/R&D to analyze product quality issue
J Obey the assignment from Q manager and Plant manager
K Other task by required

经验要求：

• Good organization skill
• Familiar with programming on triple coordinate machine
• Very good GD&T and measurement knowledge background
• Good communication
• Know quality system
• Statistic skill
• Good team spirit
