岗位职责：
1. 遵从自己责任范围内项目、业务、部门和企业所给出的质量和EHS规则要求;
2. 确保工程技术功能设计是基于适用的法规、规章、规范和标准，并且基于良好的工程实践，特别是环境因素和操作员、维修员、站点个人以及第三方工作人员的健康与安全方面；
3. 与其他项目工程师合作，并确保信息工作流程以缓解突发问题；
4. 参与设计审查和设计冻结会议，并确保设计审查团队在规定时间内完成纠正行为；
5. 结合质量管理和质量控制计划对设备采购做准备工作；
6. 保证现场支持并处理问题；
7. 竣工文档的负责与协调；
8. 检查工程技术管理系统的最终文件和归档，并确保由卖方所控制文件的输入；
9. 对施工现场的技术支持和启动；
10. 执行相关指派任务。


任职要求：
1. 机械工程、能源工程或其他相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 至少三年以上在能源、电力行业担任机械工程师的工作经验；
3. 工业机泵专业设计及现场工程咨询经验者优先考虑；
4. 对转动设备（泵、压缩机、涡轮等）有丰富的经验；
5. 对压力容器有一定了解；
6. 熟练掌握计算机应用及相关设计工具（AutoCAD, Solidworks）的使用；
7. 流利的英语听说读写能力；
8. 具备良好的工程技术知识与解决方法；
9. 在计划、组织以及合作方面具备良好的协调沟通能力；
10. 拥有“以客户为中心”以及“关注所有成本”的理念；
11. 能够保证绩效、强大的抗压能力、坚定立场并能够自我激励；
12. 良好的学习能力，热爱创新；
13. 能够适应出差。



Responsibilities:
1. Compliance with the Quality and EHS rules from the project, business, sector and corporate within the own area of responsibility;
2. Ensure that the design of his Engineering function is according to the applicable rules, regulations, codes and standards and according to good engineering practices especially with regard to Environmental aspects and Health & Safety of Site Personal, Operators, Maintenance personnel and third parties;
3. Works with other projects engineers and ensures the information workflow and mitigate in case of problems;
4. Participate Design Reviews and the Design Freeze meetings and ensure that corrective actions defined by the Design Reviews are closed on time;
5. Preparation of the QCP (Quality Control Plan) for the equipment in conjunction with QM by purchasing;
6. Support the site and ensure processing of NCR’s;
7. Take care and co-ordinate of “As-Built” documentation;
8. Checks final documentation and archive in Plant PDM (Project Technical Documentation Management System) or ensures the input due to seller document control;
9. Technical assistance on site for construction and start up;
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or energy engineering or other related field;
2. At least 3 years experience in Energy or Power industry as a mechanical engineer;
3. Design and on-site engineering consulting experience of industrial rotating equipments is preferred;
4. Rich experience of rotating equipments, such as pumps, compressors, turbines and etc;
5. Knowledge of pressure vessel;
6. Good skills in the use of computer applications and computer design tools like AutoCAD, Solidworks and etc;
7. Be fluent in written and spoken English;
8. Has a good knowledge of Engineering and methods;
9. Has shown the ability to plan, organize and co-ordinate with other disciplines well;
10. “Customer Focus” and “Over All Cost Focus” minded;
11. Steadiness in performance, the ability to stand up well under stress, ability to stand his ground, self-motivation;
12. Learning capability and openness to innovations;
13. Flexibility on travelling;
