岗位职责：
1. 负责煤灰系统的技术管理工作，包括输送线、泵、筒仓、堆垛、回收装置等设备；
2. 准备所需系统的概念以达到合同的预期性能；
3. 准备设备审查、报价分析和与供应商最终确认技术合同的技术规范；
4. 供应商跟踪包括协调所有技术文件以满足从项目交由招标小组起的合同进度；
5. 支持项目团队讨论/提交给客户和有关部门，负责提交相关文件；
6. 支持现场建设和调试人员，特别是解决冲压项目表的存货出清，以和客户获得PAC和FAC；
7. 支持请求投标部门和工厂的集成和优化部门。


任职要求：
1. 必须为相应工程技术领域的本科以上学位并有至少5年相关工作经验；
2. 至少5年在电站工程领域的工作经验；
3. 流利的英语听说读写能力；
4. 具备指定煤灰系统/组件的能力；
5. 良好的团队合作精神，有一定的管理能力，能够很好地计划、协调项目团队成员和指导子供应商；
6. 思想开放、处事灵活、善于创新、思维清晰。


Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the technical management of the Coal and Ash systems, which includes equipment such as conveyors, pumps , silos, stacker reclaimers etc;
2. Preparation of the concept of the required system to meet the expected performances of the contract;
3. Preparation of technical specification for the equipment review and analysis of bids, finalisation with the supplier of the technical contract;
4. Supplier follow-up including co-ordination of all technical documentation to meet the contract schedule from project hand over by the Tendering Team;
5. Supporting the project team in discussions/submissions to the client and relevant authorities and responsibility for the relevant as-built documentation;
6. Support the site construction and commissioning staff, in particular in the close-out punch lists to obtain PAC and FAC with the Customers;
7. Support on request the Tender Department and the Plant Integration & Optimisation Department.


Requirements:
1. Minimum an Engineering degree appropriate to the technical field involved and at least 5 years of relevant experience;
2. At least 5 years experience in the field in power station engineering;
3. Be fluent in written and spoken English;
4. Competences to specify the system/components necessary for the Coal and Ash systems;
5. A good team player and have some minimum managerial skills in order to be able to plan well, coordinate with projects team members, guide the sub supplier;
6. Open-minded, flexible, creative, intellectually alert.
