2. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Please summarize the purpose of the job within the organization / business unit.
1. General Function: Develop and execute test case during project development phase
2. Primary Objective: Develop efficient test structure and Identify the defects in earlier project phase
3. Important End Result: Make sure to deliver high quality SW to system or customer, decrease the risk and cost during product maintain phase.
3. MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Design the test plan to meet product's requirement.
2. Take part in requirement analysis and function design, and design test feature list and test case list
3. Design test case and Document the test specification
4. Execute test case during project development phase, find defect, analyze defect and record and track the defect
5. Pre-study and maintain test ENV and test tool, to improve the whole verification efficiency
6. Summary the experience and lessons, and optimize the test process and method to improve the test efficiency

Test experience (at least 3 years)
Software development experience in Telecom or computer related field is necessary
Physical layer development is a plus in Telecom or computer related field

1. Knowledge of software development and test process, software and FW quality assurance, and project management
