职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical leadership to System Verification, through inputs on system test strategies, estimation, planning, tracking and monitoring the progress;
2. Define test process, test case designing, simulation, implementation and ensure on-time deliveries of all system test plan, specs & reports;
3. Enable free flow of technical information between development and system team members. Support the development process by participation in all appropriate project meeting;
4. Responsible for Optimization and Efficiency improvements in the team;
5. Responsible for test lab setup, maintenance, forecasting/identification of lab equipments and management;
6. Responsible for resource forecasting, identification and hiring of appropriate talent for system and building team competency;
7. Provide leadership and guidance to team members;
8. Development and maintenance of verification plans for customer platforms, handset development plans according to Customer and product requirements;
9. Communication/Review of verification plans with senior management, functional and program management;
10. Liaison with Customers, Program Management on technical and program issues;
11. Ensuring on-time and on-budget execution of projects to meet both Customer and internal quality expectations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master in Computer science, electronics/electrical, communication engineering or information technology is a MUST;
2. Overall working experience of at least 4-8 years in the SW/Mobile development/IT industry;
3. Knowledge and work experience on GSM/GPRS, 3G, 3.5 G on mobile UE side testing;
4. Required Test lead experience for 1-2 years;
5. Familiar with RF Conformance, PS Conformance, Field Testing, system testing;
6. Familiar with Interoperability and System Testing;
7. Experience in C, C++ programming and scripting languages is plus;
8. Automation experience for at least 2 years is must;
9. Knowledge of air interface protocols of 3GPP spec standards;
10. Knowledge/Experience in using test equipment as network simulators: Agilent, R&S, Anite etc;
11. Experience in Requirement analysis, Test strategy, Test case designing, simulation & implementation;
12. Experience in trace analysis on mobile and on network side;
13. Exposure to platform development and verification life cycle;
14. Good teamwork, excellent communications skills in English (written & spoken);
15. Excellent problem solving and judgment skills;
16. Proactive, team working and strong ability on learning and embedding in the organization process and development roadmap;
17. Strong customer orientation skills, even working together with customers for show stopper issues.
岗位职责：
1. 为体系认证提供技术指导，需要掌握系统测试策略、评估、规划、跟踪和监测进展等方面的知识；
2. 定义测试过程，设计测试用例，模拟，执行，并确保按时交付所有系统的测试计划，说明书和报告；
3. 使信息在技术开发团队和系统团队成员中自由流动。通过参与所有适当的项目会议，为开发过程提供支持；
4. 负责队伍的优化和效率提高；
5. 负责测试实验室的搭建、维修，实验室设备的预测、鉴定以及管理工作；
6. 负责资源预测，为体系识别和聘用合适的人才，并要求具有一定的团队建设能力；
7. 领导小组成员，并对其进行指导；
8. 客户平台验证计划的开发和维护，根据客户和产品的要求，制定手机发展计划；
9. 协同高级管理人员以及职能和项目管理人员沟通/复审检验计划；
10. 联络客户，对技术和程序问题进行项目管理；
11. 确保项目准时且在预算内执行，以满足客户和内部质量要求的期望。
任职要求：
1. 必须为计算机科学、电子电气、通信工程、信息技术专业学士/硕士学历；
2. 全部工作经验中至少包含4-8年软件/移动开发/IT行业经验；
3. 了解GSM/GPRS、3G、3.5G的手机用户体验侧测试，并有相关经验；
4. 需要1-2年的测试领导经验；
5. 熟悉射频一致性、协议栈一致性、实地测试和系统测试；
6. 熟悉互操作性和系统测试；
7. 具有C、C++编程和脚本语言经验的优先考虑；
8. 必须具有至少2年自动化经验；
9. 了解3GPP规范标准中的空中接口协议；
10. 了解并具有使用测试设备作为网络模拟器的经验，如安捷伦、R&S、安耐特等；
11. 具有需求分析、测试策略、测试用例设计、模拟和实施经验；
12. 具有手机和网络侧追踪分析经验；
13. 对平台开发和验证周期有所接触；
