职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Significantly increase the company sales volume and business relationships by identifying, developing and managing exciting new product opportunities on behalf of the designated Category Manager.
2. Work proactively and accurately within house departments to competently resolve issues with products purchased through USO and affiliates to the "Complete" satisfaction of the client. Issues may be raised via telephone, fax, Email or letter correspondence.
3. Directly responsible for all aspects of product development including, but not limited to, product quality, fit and finish, electrical compliance and safety, packaging, documentation and promotional collateral.
4. Develop and maintain under the guidance of the Category Manager on an ongoing basis management tools, policies, procedures, goals and other means used to achieve complete client satisfaction and strive to "Exceed" client expectations in all endeavors.
Requirements:
1. Absolute dedication to outstanding client satisfaction
2. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written English & Chinese communication skills.
3. Courteous, efficient handling of client issues, no matter how difficult they may be.
4. Work experience in sourcing and/or customer service with project management skills and extensive experience in new product identification.
5. Detail oriented and perfectionist type personality who loves cleanliness, details and order in all things.
6. Working knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software and electronics terms necessary to communicate effectively with the company's clients.
7. Positive attitude, highly motivated and ability to learn quickly.
8. Systematic approach to problem solving, following established procedures to the letter
9. Work proactively to best assist Category Manager in related issues.
10. Have vast knowledge of consumer electronic products.
